But this is no simple imitation. Peter Diezel personally designed this module, ensuring that your sound captures the authentic grit and character of the amplifier of the same name. This two-channel design features independent 3-band EQ sections for each side, allowing you to fine-tune your lead and rhythm tones separately. Once the Synergy Diezel VH4 preamp module is engaged, its glowing 12AX7 tubes will resonate through your speakers with the wild refinement that only a Diezel module can offer.

CATHODE SELECTOR:
VH4 modules are equipped with a three-position switch that allows you to configure the bass response of the input tubes to match the original circuit of the selected module. This influences the feel and tightness. Each amp designer uses a specific combination of components for their input tube circuit. We have selected the three most popular combinations, accessible via this switch. The modules are preset to Peter Diezel's preferred setting, which is position 2 for the VH4 module (2.7 kΩ resistor and 0.68 µf capacitor).
