DELIVERY POLICY

Drummond Musique exclusively uses the services of Canada Post and UPS for shipping orders. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days from the date of purchase. Please note that for enveloped shipments, the signature of an adult is required upon receipt.

$100 insurance coverage is included for all shipments sent by Canada Post. It is the customer's responsibility to request additional insurance coverage at the time of purchase, if such coverage is deemed required. The cost of additional coverage is approximately 3% of the product price. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Drummond Musique assumes no responsibility. By refusing, ignoring or failing to take out insurance, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage, breakage or loss of his purchase.

The customer must ensure that all contact details are correctly completed to obtain delivery rates.[1], but also to avoid any errors during shipping. Drummond Musique will not take responsibility or issue refunds for unclaimed or returned packages due to missing or incomplete contact information. It will then be the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to recover their goods.

Delivery times are estimates, and Drummond Musique cannot be held responsible for any extension of time caused by a carrier or supplier.

Free delivery

Drummond Musique offers free delivery in Canada on most orders over $200, before taxes, for products marked Free Delivery in Canada. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and non-metropolitan areas are excluded, and certain conditions apply:

• Free delivery is only applicable if ALL items in the shopping cart are marked Free delivery in Canada.
• Even after a purchase has been completed with the mention Free delivery in Canada, Drummond Musique reserves the right to add shipping costs to the transaction if it in the event that the product does not meet the eligibility criteria. In such a case, the customer would be notified and would have the choice of assuming the costs or requesting a full refund of their purchase.

Drummond Musique reserves the right to modify or terminate the free delivery offer at any time without notice.

[1]Applicable taxes and customs clearance fees (shipments outside Canada) are added to the price of the items and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited by Drummond Musique.
