RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY
Return policy
Products purchased on the Drummondville Musique Site are exchangeable for a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt, in the event of a manufacturing defect, defect, or if the product received is not that ordered. Any damage caused during transport must be claimed from the carrier.
No exchange or refund on any special order, software, microphone, pair of in-ear headphones, harmonica or other wind instrument, head, reed, turntable cartridge, book or method, or on any other product originally delivered in a packaging sealed by the manufacturer which has been unpacked.
The exchange or refund request must first be approved by Drummond Musique and subsequently obtained an authorization number.
Drummond Musique reserves the right to refuse any request for exchange, credit or refund.
To be eligible, the return must be made within ten (10) days of the date of receipt. When returning a product with the prior authorization of Drummond Musique, the customer can choose between obtaining an exchange or a gift certificate of equivalent value. However, if examination of the returned product reveals no defect, an administration fee of 20% will be applied, and the return costs assumed by Drummond Musique under the prior authorization procedure will also be deducted.
Some products displayed on the floor could be shipped in a box other than the original. These products will still be considered “new” and fully guaranteed. Drummond Musique also reserves the right to open the boxes of certain new products for inspection before shipment.
Drummond Musique will only agree to exchange or refund products returned in their original packaging (or that used by Drummond Musique), with all the documents and accessories it contained (user manual, warranty leaflet, cable). food, etc.). In the event that a returned product shows signs of misuse or wear, Drummond Musique reserves the right to refuse to take it back or to apply a devaluation to the credit or refund.
Guarantees
The guarantees applicable to goods purchased on the Drummond Musique Site are the sole responsibility of their respective manufacturer. Drummond Musique will act as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer whenever possible. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and, in the event of a defect, breakage or other damage, the customer must immediately notify Drummond Musique.
After ten days following delivery, the customer must himself assume the costs of transporting the defective merchandise from his home to the Drummond Musique store or to the manufacturer, as the case may be.
