The Revv 100R amplifier generator is based around our red channel - known for its thick bass and mellow feel. Over the years, our other channels have seen so much love from our fans that when the time came for MK3, we decided to rework the red channel almost from scratch, resulting in something truly special . This is perhaps the most striking tonal change in the entire MK3 range.
What is MK3? MK3 is the world's first tube line of reactive load and impulse response amps with direct stereo output. Not only does the Generator 100R MK3 give you 3 channels of finely tuned, all-tube Canadian sounds based on feedback from world-class touring artists, session guitarists and audio engineers, but it also includes two notes . Audio Engineering Torpedo-embedded DynIR Virtual Speaker technology to go directly to FOH, studio monitors or headphones. No cabinet required.
But it doesn't stop there! A state-of-the-art noisegate and luxurious reverb are integrated! All accompanied by a host of switching and voicing updates to make the sound in your head faster than ever.
The 100R MK3 generator has 3 Revv amplifier channels, each an original circuit! Its high-gain red channel has an all-new tactile feel that takes you from warm, old-school overdrive to the most massive modern tones available. Another MK3 upgrade is a fully independent EQ for each channel. Take full control of all 3 channels! The light blue channel is funneled with tons of headroom, and now includes a "Wide" switch to give you wide-band frequency boost for added thrust and sustain. The Crunch Green Channel features 3 all-new drive modes to take this dynamic channel from the brink of breakdown, to clean overdrive, to classic stack tons.
