Features
The 1020W high efficiency Class D amplifier is capable of producing up to 1020W of power, and a maximum SPL of 135dB, delivered with exceptional clarity and precision.
Custom-Designed Transducer - The DXS18's high-output woofer features a 4" voice coil magnet and delivers powerful, well-defined low frequencies with minimal distortion.
The bandpass-style enclosure reduces unwanted vibrations and noise that could otherwise sabotage your sound.
Heavy Duty Coating - The exterior of the cabinet is coated with a durable polyurea coating with very high damage resistance to protect the cabinet from scratches, dents or weather and maintain a professional appearance for years to come .
The compact, portable case makes it easier than ever to load, set up and take down your PA.
Bipolar socket - For added flexibility in configuring your speakers, the DXS series is equipped with a bipolar socket which can accommodate both 35mm diameter poles and M20 screws.
Cardioid Mode - Because low frequencies can be omnidirectional, controlling the output directivity of the lower end of a system can be a challenge, with the sound pressure on the stage often being equal to that of the intended FOH audience. For installations consisting of two or more DXS subwoofers, selecting the new cardioid mode effectively reduces stage-side sound pressure while increasing output from the bottom of the screen to the audience, resulting in a monitoring environment cleaner stage and a more pronounced bass experience for the audience.
Powerful D-XSUB Bass Processing gives you complete control of your low frequencies.
Selectable better suited to the models of their speaker network (up to 120Hz).
