FX Stacks are naturally bright, musical, and highly responsive, but the Zildjian Cymbolt® multi-functional mounting system allows drummers to customize their articulation to their liking with quick tension adjustments.
The ability to adjust the voicing provides instant access to several types of sounds: from a bright and splashy wash to a raw, short, and biting sound. Stack cymbals are particularly popular in modern styles like fusion, industrial, and hip-hop (notably trap), but the concept primarily encourages sonic experimentation, so it can be adapted to any drum or percussion setup, especially with the level of customization offered by FX Stacks.
Available in 8", 10", 12", and 14", FX Stacks can be played alone, combined between different sizes, or paired with splashes, chinas, EFX, and other cymbals. Imagination is the only limit.
