The Fender Mojo Grip™ is a nitrile rubber sleeve that provides an improved grip and increased thickness to the 351-shaped pick. It comes with a celluloid pick already installed. The main advantage of the Fender Mojo Grip™ is that the sleeve is independent of the pick. If your pick is worn or broken, simply remove it gently from the sleeve and replace it.
