The SLX DX Crackle is equipped with a pair of volcanic Jackson high-output humbucking pickups that give this metal beast an expansive voice loaded with full-bodied, punchy sound, ideal for brazen lead work or assertive rhythms. Single volume and tone controls along with a three-position blade switch shape the pickups' formidable output, allowing you to control their power. The recessed Floyd Rose® Special double-locking bridge system is easy to use, ensuring your axe returns precisely to its original tuning after every dive-bomb.
Yet another bold step in the world of high-tech guitars, the SLX DX Crackle also bears traditional Jackson characteristics—black hardware, dome-style control knobs, a durable finish that easily sheds sweat and other grime, pearloid sharkfin fingerboard inlays, and the famous Jackson 6-in-line pointed headstock.
