The LF-DMF set includes a ceramic magnet bridge pickup for clear, precise highs, and an Alnico 5 neck pickup for punchy, rhythmic mids. Each pickup features a proprietary winding that gives it unique characteristics. The pickups are potted to minimize microphonic noise. The black chrome stainless steel cover does not interfere with the pickup's inductance and prevents muddy mids. The two rows of adjustable poles and custom windings provide excellent noise reduction, optimal for a passive pickup.
