For increased flexibility, this pedal-format preamp features a separate output allowing it to be connected directly to a power amplifier, with the Herbert pedal then serving as the signal input. And you can control everything remotely via its 6.35 mm stereo jack.

PEDAL CONTROLS
Midcut Master: Adjusts the pedal volume when the Midcut is engaged.
Midcut Intensity: Adjusts the intensity of the Midcut.
Normal Master: Adjusts the pedal volume when the Midcut is disengaged.
Gain: Adjusts the pedal gain.
Treble, Middle, Bass: Alter the equalization and adjust the overall tone.
Presence: Emphasizes high frequencies, simulating the PRESENCE control on the HERBERT amplifier.
Deep: Increases low frequencies, simulating the DEEP control on the HERBERT amplifier.
Guitar Input: Plug your guitar into this input.
Remote Control Stereo Jack: The tip toggles the Midcut. The ring toggles the Bypass. On the "Guitar Amp Output" or mute the sound on the "Power Amp Output".
For a clean signal to the guitar amp input: connect to the "Clean" input of your amp.
For a clean signal to the power amp input: connect to the "Power Amp In" input.
