Limited to 3,500 copies worldwide. See! The new incarnation of one of our most popular pedals, the Disaster Transport. For those of you familiar with the pedal's famous history, you may notice a few differences on this beautifully sparkling box. A new Mod Mode switch lets you bend or stretch the modulation wave. The new Mod Speed switch offers three modulation rates, from oddly animated gradual rises and steep falls to fast chorus and intense vibrato.

The delay line has been redesigned to reduce background noise and improve delay quality. Additionally, it is now filtered to sound more like an analog delay than any of the previous versions. With buttons to control speed, intensity, blend, repetitions and time; This digital to analog voice delay sits perfectly in the background with an evolved ambience, but can also be dialed in for the dramatic effect of your choice.

We had originally planned to recreate the original Disaster Transport pedal in its earliest form, but EQD OG Jamie Stillman couldn't resist tinkering and improving the whole thing, so you've just been put level, my friend. In doing so, we redesigned the delay line to reduce background noise and improve delay quality. We increased the output with a cleaner mix section; it is now filtered to sound more like an analog delay than any of the previous versions.

We've added a Mod Mode switch that lets you choose between bending and stretching the modulation wave. The Bend setting offers a more subtle ambience closer to a traditional chorus sound, while the new Stretch option gives you a multitude of pitch stretching modulations to go wild with.

The other difference you've probably noticed with your eagle eye is the three-position Mod Speed toggle switch. The Slow setting is excruciatingly slow and can produce oddly animated gradual climbs and steep descents. The Fast setting can go from a fast chorus to an intense vibrato, while the Medium setting is the more traditional rhythm similar to the classic Memory Man circuit with a nice range.

The newly designed housing includes knobs to control speed, intensity, mix, repeats and time, with modulation and activation switches, making this a highly customizable pedal for achieving the delay sound of your dreams. With the ramp modulation circuit, you can reduce the delay time and start using feedback and modulation at a higher setting to exploit a weird modulator and achieve subtle to wild chorus-like effects. Or set your delay time however you like and use your modulation rates to set your tempo, so you can strum or pinch the rises and falls to suit your riffs. The possibilities are limitless.
Controls

1. Speed: Controls the speed of the modulation. The speed operates in three ranges (slow/fast/medium) selected by the Mod Speed toggle switch. The Disaster Transport uses a Ramp wave for modulation. You'll find that this is much more intense than most modulated delays. Think of it as a traditional triangular wave that falls off a cliff mid-cycle, creating a drastic pitch shift in its wake. Or don't do it and just think about what you want.

2. Intensity: Controls how much the LFO modulates the delay time. More subtle chorus-like effects are achieved with less intensity and more intensity will produce wild pitch stretching and bending. The overall modulation style can be made more or less subtle by using the Mod Mode toggle switch to select Bend or Stretch.

3. Mix: Sets the volume level of the delay signal. Hear more of what you just played 30-600ms ago by increasing the volume.

4. Repeats: Controls the intensity of the delay feedback from no repeats at zero to self-oscillation at maximum. Let the past pile on you until it implodes.
5. Time: Sets the delay time from approximately 30 ms to zero to 600 ms maximum. Everyone needs more time; all we can offer you is worth around 600ms.

6. Mod Speed: Three-position toggle switch that sets the range in which the speed operates.

7. Mod Mode: Two-position toggle switch to choose modulation style. Bend is more of a traditional chorus type modulation and Stretch is a wilder pitch stretching modulation.

8. Modulation: This footswitch features Flexi-Switch® technology and turns modulation on and off.

9. Activate: This footswitch features Flexi-Switch® technology and turns the effect on and off.
