Avalanche Run™
Stereo Reverb and Delay with Tap Tempo
The Avalanche Run is a dream stereosonic exploration multi-tool that includes up to 2 seconds of delay, reverse delay, tap tempo with subdivision control, switchable true bypass or buffered bypass with 5 tail lengths (including a sound style on its lo-fi looping mode) and an assignable expression control that maps the expression jack to a control of your choice, including the toggle! The delay section allows switching from tape emulation to bucket brigade styles with a twist of the wide range tone control. The cavernous plate-style reverb has just a touch of modulation similar to that found in our prized Dispatch Master, but more lush with adjustable Decay. Otherworldly reverse delay and dynamically swelling reverb settings are accessible via a 3-way toggle switch. And that's just the beginning...

1. Time: This controls the delay time and ranges from 0 ms to just under 2000 ms.

2. Repeats: Controls delay regeneration, from zero repetitions to almost infinity.

3. Tone: Controls the tone of the delay line only. Eliminate the highs to the left, roll off the lows to the right, and get a flat response in the middle.

4. Mix: This is the volume control for the delay line. This mixes in the wet with the dry up to 1h, 1h to 3h amplifies the wet signal on the dry and 3h up takes the dry down until it is completely wet when all the way up .

5. Expression Jack Assign Switch: Use this switch to map the expression jack to one of the assigned controls.

Decay: Controls the decay time of the reverb

R Mix: controls the reverb mix

Time: This replaces the delay time control and is RADICALLY different from the interface control. Using the expression pedal to control time will give you all kinds of wild effects that can't be achieved by turning the knob.

Repeats: controls delay repeats

D Mix: Controls the delay mix

Toggle: This takes over from the toggle switch and will change from forward delay in the heel down position to reverse delay in the toe down position.

6. Ratio Selector: Selects delay subdivisions when time is set by the “Tap” switch.

1/1: black

3/4: Dotted 8th

2/3: Quarter note triplet

1/2: eighth note

1/3: eighth note triplet

1/4: sixteenth note

7. Decay: Controls the decay time of the reverb, a short decay counterclockwise, a long cavernous decay clockwise.

8. Rocker switch (mode selector)

Normal: This is the “standard” delay and reverb mode

Reverse: this is the reverse delay mode with a “standard” reverb

Swell: this is the volume swelling mode

9. Mix: This is the volume control for the reverb. Mixes in the wet with the dry up to 1 hour, 1 hour to 3 hours boosts the wet signal on the dry and 3 hours up reduces the dry until it is completely wet when mixed on top.
