Two-channel amp head with versatile high-gain voices.
The Bad Cat Lynx 50W tube guitar amp head was designed for modern high gain players. It delivers a tight low frequency that punches and responds quickly to staccato palm muting, high frequencies that cut through without being harsh or gritty, and effective midrange shaping with complexity and articulation. The Lynx amp head has two distinct channels: Channel 1 is a classic high-gain vocal, ranging from gritty, crunchy cleans to '80s thrash-metal tones. Channel 2 is a state-of-the-art high-gain voice that has a massive sonic footprint, while remaining articulate and revealing. The Lynx is loaded with heavy, tight percussive saturation and incredible string-to-string articulation of notes. It features a highly effective, patent-pending noise gate, as well as an active buffered effects loop to operate all your pedals seamlessly.
