This new technology adjusts power to the valves, rather than just shutting down their stages, which allows the amp to remain articulate and dynamic.
Innovative modifications to the EQ circuits have given the new DSLs even greater tonal flexibility. The DSL's EQ section can deliver exactly what your ears are looking for. The partnership between Marshall and Softube has led to the creation of award-winning plug-ins, as well as exceptional tone in Marshall's CODE digital amps. The same team is responsible for developing the new emulated output feature found in the DSL series. The headphone and line outputs on the DSL models offer incredibly accurate emulation of the iconic 1960 cabinet.
