The DOD Carcosa Fuzz is a gateway to an alternative fuzz universe, where the classic tones of legend coexist with splattered and shattered Pollock abstractions. Combining the bias control AFTER the Carcosa with two rocker positions creates tones ranging from porcine adiposity to desiccated shards. This versatility makes the Carcosa Fuzz a good companion for dirty or clean amps. Real by-pass, tons of output, and the face of the King in yellow opens the way to blurry madness.
The DOD Carcosa Fuzz has an exaggerated midrange and treble character that helps it stand out in a mix. It was designed to cut through a dense, heavy band, while having excellent articulation of notes with chords. However, when extreme bias (AFTER) ranges are selected, many wild and exaggerated sounds are possible.
