The Full Force™ TCFB bass drum batter head (single-ply, medium weight) features a "vented" acoustic muffling ring, tucked into the hoop on the underside of the head. This ring helps control overtones and includes vents around the perimeter, allowing the ring and the head to move in unison.
This 10-mil White Texture Coated head offers powerful attack, exceptional projection, and perfectly balanced tone control. It is ideal when you are looking for a full, open bass drum sound without uncontrolled high-pitched overtones.
