The Full Force™ TCFB bass drum batter head (single-ply, medium weight) features a "vented" acoustic muffling ring, housed in the hoop on the underside of the head. This ring helps control overtones and features vents around its perimeter, allowing the ring and the head to vibrate in unison.
This 10-mil White Texture Coated head provides a powerful attack, exceptional projection, and perfectly balanced tone control. It is ideal when you are looking for a full, open bass drum sound without uncontrollable high-pitched overtones.
