Acoustic players rejoice! LR Baggs has developed a transducer and preamplifier for steel-string acoustic guitars called the Element Active System (EAS). The EAS pairs the Element with a discrete Class A pin preamplifier and includes a small removable soundhole volume control for added versatility. The EAS also includes the 'Battery Bagg', used to discreetly house the battery inside the guitar.
All LR Baggs systems are designed to deliver great sound and hassle-free performance right out of the box. They make many different systems, from simple to complex. Each of them is designed for a specific purpose, but they only have one level of quality - the best they know how to build. Choose the system that suits your application and your budget and you'll enjoy its sound and performance.
Think you know what nut transducers are? Think again. The Element offers previously unattainable performance from a nut sensor...
The streamlined and efficient design eliminates all unnecessary internal components to improve the coupling between transducer and guitar. This greatly improves the sensitivity of the transducer for a robust, lively and open sound with great dynamics and a delicate high end.
