A high-sensitivity microphone is integrated, and allows you to note accurately, even without a contact microphone. Using the separately sold CM-200 contact mic, you can tune your instrument with confidence since surrounding sounds do not affect the result. The calibration function supports a variety of pitches. It can be tuned in units of 1 Hz in the 410-480 Hz range, allowing flexible tuning to match the song. The CA-50's LCD screen features a needle-style indicator to quickly and accurately display pitch, and provides the name of the note played in the middle of the display. The note name indication is now larger and even easier to read. This ensures simple and smooth operation, even for beginners. The CA-50 scale contains markings that indicate major and minor thirds.
