A light waxed finish provides a soft feel and a vintage look. Made from robust American hickory and featuring a classic acorn-shaped tip, these 16-inch sticks produce a rich and precise sound on both drums and cymbals; they are available in four popular sizes: 7A, 5A, 5B, and 2B. Their traditional length and taper suit a wide variety of styles. Made in Germany, Meinl Stick & Brush sticks meet superior quality standards. Each dowel is weighed and sorted before shaping: the lighter ones become "Big Apple" sticks (ideal for fast ride cymbal playing), while the heavier ones join the "Heavy" series, designed for power and endurance. This process ensures a consistent feel, pair after pair. Weight- and pitch-matched.
