A light wax finish provides a soft feel and a vintage look. Crafted from sturdy American hickory and featuring a classic acorn-shaped wood tip, these 16-inch sticks offer a rich and precise sound on both drums and cymbals; they are available in four popular sizes: 7A, 5A, 5B, and 2B. Their traditional length and taper are suitable for a wide variety of styles. Made in Germany, Meinl Stick & Brush sticks meet superior quality standards. Each dowel is weighed and sorted before shaping: the lighter ones become "Big Apple" sticks (ideal for fast ride cymbal playing), while the heavier ones are intended for the "Heavy" series, designed for power and endurance. This process ensures a consistent feel, pair after pair. Weight- and pitch-matched.
