A light wax finish provides a comfortable feel and a vintage look. Crafted from sturdy American hickory and featuring a classic acorn-shaped wood tip, these 16-inch drumsticks offer a rich, precise sound on both drums and cymbals; they are available in four popular sizes: 7A, 5A, 5B, and 2B. Their traditional length and taper suit a wide variety of styles. Made in Germany, Meinl Stick & Brush sticks meet the highest quality standards. Each wood blank is weighed and sorted before shaping: the lighter ones become "Big Apple" sticks (ideal for fast ride cymbal playing), while the heavier ones are used for the "Heavy" series, designed for power and endurance. This process ensures a consistent feel, pair after pair. Weight- and pitch-matched.
