Arturia – Hardware Warranty
Arturia provides a two (2) year limited warranty on new hardware products purchased from authorized retailers.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and includes free repair or replacement, at Arturia's discretion.
Proof of purchase is required.
The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand products or unauthorized purchases.
Before sending a product for repair, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): arturia.com/support.
Shipping costs to the repair center are the customer's responsibility; return shipping costs after repair are covered by Arturia (in covered regions).
Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or transport without adequate packaging.
