The Sea Machine is a chorus pedal with as many modulation possibilities as there are fish in the ocean. That's a lot of fish. And lots of modulation. From subtle, shimmering chorus sounds to wavering, seasick, twisted detunes that rock the boat, the Sea Machine is the audio bait that will help you reel in the big one.
The Sea Machine is not a one-trick seahorse. With a mix of standard and unique controls, everything from subtle warbling to classic Leslie, seasick pitch bends, strangled alien sounds, stunted arpeggios and many other faraway sounds are available. Or you can just use it as a chorus. This works too. Oh, and if you're a bassist who considers themselves a fan of the classic '80s post-punk bass sound, the Sea Machine is pretty much like (toned) heaven.
1. Animate: How much the pitch-modified signal oscillates, lower levels correspond to a tighter, more focused shift in the manner of traditional chorus. As you increase the control, a more wild and lively pitch shift begins to emerge.
2. Dimension: Adds a slight slap at low levels, a reverb-like ambience at mid levels, and an echo resonance that will lead to self-oscillation at max.
3. Intensity: adjusts the amount of modulated signal mixed with the dry signal. The unit for this control is right around noon, anything above amplifies the modulated signal.
4. Depth: Adjusts how strongly the LFO modulates the delay time.
5. Shape: Changes from a triangle wave to a square wave when rotating clockwise.
6. Rate: This sets the speed of the LFO. The miniature LED will flash in tempo, even in bypass mode.

Flexi-Switch® technology
This device features Flexi-Switch® technology! This relay-based true bypass switching style allows you to use momentary and latching style switching simultaneously.
For standard locking operation, press the footswitch once to activate the effect, then press again to bypass.
For momentary operation, hold the pedal down for as long as you want to use the effect. Once you release the switch, the effect is bypassed.
Since the switching is relay based, it requires power to transmit the signal.
Power
This device takes a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal specific transformer isolated wall power supplies or isolated multiple output power supplies. The pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or dirty power. Switching power supplies, daisy chains, and non-pedal-specific power supplies also don't filter dirty power and let unwanted noise through. DO NOT OPERATE AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!
