White Light
The White Light Overdrive is based on the vintage overdrives that defined the sounds of classic hard rock. This vintage-voiced pedalboard is similar to a vintage DOD 250 or MXR Distortion+, but don't mistake it for a direct clone of those overdrives of yesteryear. The White Light venue gives full control over the dirt's vocals with a modern presence that is both dynamic and responsive to your playing. The Weight control allows you to adjust the saturation and low end, giving you many sound shaping options. The White Light Overdrive doesn't discriminate - it loves both humbuckers and single coils, and will add a real 70s grit to your sound. The compression switch lets you choose between open-voiced overdrive with more high-mids and bite, or more compression with less bite and flatter mids.
Everything is analog, true bypass and handmade, one by one, by ghouls in the cement bunker of Akron, Ohio.

Power
Our pedals accept a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall power supplies, or isolated multiple-output power supplies. Pedals emit additional noise if there is ripple or improper power supply. Switching power supplies, chains, and non-pedal-specific power supplies don't filter dirty current as well and let unwanted noise through. Do not use higher voltages!
Current consumption is 6 mA.
