Get ready to level up with the Player II Modified. Featuring key upgrades for modern guitarists and bassists, these versatile instruments are built to withstand any situation.
The Player II Modified Stratocaster® HSS is a classic guitar designed for modern players. The neck is crafted entirely for smooth, fast playability, from the modern “C” profile with a satin urethane finish on the back, to the comfortable 9.5-inch radius slab rosewood or one-piece maple fingerboard with smooth rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets. The alder body delivers classic Fender punch and is available in a variety of new, eye-catching finishes. The Player II Modified humbucker is articulate and high-output, while the Noiseless™ pickups produce the signature Strat® sound, all while eliminating unwanted noise. For increased tonal flexibility, the push/pull switch on the 2-tone control allows you to split the bridge humbucker to achieve classic Strat® single-coil tones. The 2-point tremolo, short-post locking tuners, TUSQ® nut, and modern string tree ensure exceptional tuning stability, while the wider travel of the chamfered tremolo block allows players to achieve even more expressive and musical vibrato.
