Built to a 34-inch scale, these basses offer a swamp ash body topped with solid bocote, a beautiful, durable tonewood, as well as a five-piece wenge/purple neck with a pau ferro fingerboard. The B-1004 and B-1005 offer premium components, including high-quality tuners and bridge from Gotoh, but are highlighted by the inclusion of Nordstrand Big Splits anti-hum pickups, as well as an ABQ-3MS 3-band equalizer. This setup gives you incredible tonal flexibility, with an active/passive mini-switch, mid-frequency selection mini-switch (800 Hz or 400 Hz), individual bass, treble and mid EQ controls , as well as master volume and balance controls. Available in natural satin finish.
