The Roland SPD::ONE KICK is a new type of digital percussion pad, which allows all types of musicians to add bass drum and percussion sounds to their palette. It contains 22 realistic percussion sounds: bass drums, stop boxes, shakers, bells... And you can import your own audio samples into one of the 12 internal sound banks available. When you've got everything sorted, the SPD::ONE KICK's sturdy yet sensitive pad can be played by hand, foot, or with drumsticks. The sensitivity of the sensors can be easily adjusted using dedicated controllers.
Powered by batteries or AC adapter, the SPD::ONE KICK can be placed on the floor or table, or hooked to any battery stand or rack using the included adapter. The operations are simple, even for musicians who are put off by technique: there are only four knobs to turn on the control panel to change sound, adjust volume, balance...
