The Alesis Nitro Mesh is a complete 8-piece electronic drum kit centered around the next generation of Alesis Mesh drum head technology. Mesh heads are the overwhelming preference of drummers when playing electronic kits because of their natural feel and ultra-quiet response. The Alesis Nitro Mesh is equipped with a dual-zone 8" snare drum and (3) 8" mesh toms. It includes everything you need to make a complete battery; (3) 10" cymbals, a custom Alesis hi-hat pedal and foot pedal, and a durable aluminum 4-post stand. We also include all wiring, power supply, and drum key for complete easy setup. All of this connects to the powerful Nitro electronic drum module with hundreds of percussion sounds, 40 different kits and 60 built-in playing tracks.
Extended sounds
The Nitro module is full of sounds and surprises. The backlit LCD screen makes navigation easy. The drum and cymbal buttons are arranged to resemble the layout of a traditional kit, so it's easy to assign sounds and create kits quickly. The Nitro Mod comes complete with 40 classic and modern ready-to-use kits. Easily adjust any existing kit, or create your own using the 385 superior drum, cymbal, and percussion sounds included in the Nitro module.
Extended features
Inside the Nitro module you will also find valuable extras. Built-in learning includes 60 music tracks and a built-in metronome to improve your skills. There's even an advanced sequencer and performance recorder to increase your musical potential. In addition to the USB MIDI connection for use with computers and mobile devices, the Nitro module also offers MIDI In and Out jacks to allow you to connect to your favorite drum machine, sound module or other MIDI audio equipment . There's a headphone jack for private practice, plus stereo outputs for connecting to a PA system, amplifier or recording console. The stereo auxiliary input lets you jam to your favorite tracks on your CD or MP3 player.
