The C4 Synth from Source Audio is a small footprint guitar/bass synthesizer pedal. The C4 Synth brings together all the sound-building tools of a classic Eurorack modular synthesizer and packs them into a compact, easy-to-use effects pedal for guitar or bass. It's essentially a modular synth in a box with unprecedented tracking capabilities, lightning-fast response, and a vast universe of sound options.

The C4 features a simple 4-knob interface and a choice of three guitar/bass synthesizer effects - just plug in and immerse your instrument in a sea of ​​swelling, droning and swirling synthesizer sounds. Use the collection of four parallel voices, three oscillator waveforms, over ten envelope followers, over twenty modulator filters, distortion, tremolo, pitch shift, intelligent harmonization, programmable sequencing and much more to dial in the perfect sound.

If you want to go a little further, connect the C4 to Source Audio's Neuro Desktop Editor (free download for Mac and Windows) or the Neuro Mobile App (free download for iOS and Android) - that's where the real power of the C4 Synth. With the Neuro Editor it will be possible to create highly personalized presets for your C4 Synth. The presets can then be published and made available to the entire Neuro community.

VOICE BLOCKS
There are four Voice Blocks. In each voice block, choose one of the following voice types: Dry Signal, Monophonic Pitch Shifting, Polyphonic Pitch Shifting, and three types of Synth oscillator waveforms (including Sine, Square, and Saw). Within these blocks you will also be able to select voice level, stereo pan, distortion/fuzz engagement, filter engagement, pitch modulation and detuning.

DISTORTION BLOCK
Choose a distortion type from a long list of favorite audio sources, including Soft Clipping, Foldback, and Gated Fuzz. Dial in the amount of Drive and the Clean/Dirty Mix.

FILTER BLOCK
Choose from over 20 different filter types. Decide whether you want to control the filter modulation with an envelope follower or an LFO and set the speed of the LFO. Dedicated controls allow you to adjust envelope sensitivity, filter modulation depth, frequency start point, and Q level (aka "resonance").
