The EQ2 Programmable Equalizer is the most powerful and advanced equalizer pedal on the planet. This exceptional device builds on the legacy of its predecessor, the Source Audio Programmable EQ, a hugely popular pedal that has landed on the boards of many professional guitarists, including six-string icons David Gilmour and John Mayer. The updated EQ2 is a combined graphic and parametric equalizer with 10 fully adjustable frequency bands, stereo inputs and outputs, MIDI In and Thru jacks, 4 or 8 onboard presets, 128 presets accessible via MIDI, a further increase in 12dB volume and the ability to run two separate, unique EQ settings simultaneously, each of which can be routed independently to either stereo output. The EQ2 also has a hidden TUNER function! Does this allow you to save space on your pedal board?

Neuro desktop editor and mobile app
The EQ2 Programmable EQ's front-panel controls provide quick access to a set of sound-sculpting tools unmatched in traditional effects pedals, but simply connect it to the Neuro Desktop Editor and the free mobile app (via the pedal's USB port) to access a beautifully laid out set of controls, typically associated with high-end rack gear. The Neuro Editor's sleek, user-friendly interface includes detailed parametric editing capabilities (Q factor and frequency offset) for all 10 frequency bands, two-channel stereo options, noise gate and limiter controls, and 'detailed control of external expression.

Features
- 4-8 Onboard Presets: Edit, save and cycle between 4 onboard presets or 8 presets in preset expansion mode.
- 10-band graphic equalizer: Use the EQ2's 10 adjustable frequency bands, ranging from 31 Hz to 16 kHz with 18 dB of boost or cut, to sculpt the perfect tone.
- Parametric EQ capabilities: Use the onboard controls or Neuro Editor to adjust the position and Q of each frequency band.
- Simple 1-button control panel: A stylish pedal requires a set of stylish controls. The EQ2 features a single coding mode that can be rotated, pressed or held in different situations for optimal flexibility.
- Growing Library of Published Presets: For quick access to a world of great sounds, try sampling sounds from a vast collection of published presets, created by the Source Audio team and the ever-growing neurological community.
- Unprecedented sound sculpting options: The powerful Neuro Desktop Editor (free download for Mac and Windows) and the Neuro Mobile app (iOS and Android) offer maximum possibilities for exploring and editing sounds.
- 128 factory presets accessible via MIDI: Adding a third-party MIDI controller allows access to any of the pedal's 128 presets as well as direct control of frequency bands, signal routing, output level, etc.
- Stereo Inputs and Outputs: Use the Neuro Editor's routing options in conjunction with Split mode to get the most out of the EQ2's flexibility.
- Compact design: Durable anodized aluminum housing has a small footprint and sturdy hardware.
- Universal Bypass: Choose between buffered or relay-based analog True Bypass.
- USB Port: The compatible USB-MIDI port allows the EQ2 to function as a plug-and-play device with recording software running on Mac and Windows or any third-party MIDI controller with USB host.
- Two-way mobile communication: Brand new for the EQ2, the USB port now supports mobile connection, allowing two-way communication between the Neuro app and your pedal. This also frees the pedal's Input 2 jack for other uses.
- External expression and switching control: Use the Control Input jack with the source audio's dual expression pedal (multi-parameter expression control) or Tap Switch (scrolling through presets and toggling parameters) .
