Banshee 6 SGR starts with a flat-top Banshee body, bolt-on neck, 25-1/2" scale, and Schecter electronics and hardware.
The Banshee series is Schecter's response to the recent rise of the vintage/modern Superstrat guitar. Its list includes a number of active and passive models, ranging from lower mid to upper mid classes. The new 2017 SGR models are there for beginners who want to get started on a Banshee. Five conservative color options are available for this model. Key construction features include a solid basswood body (top, Strat-style pickguard, contoured back), maple neck (C-profile, four-bolt joint), and rosewood fingerboard (extra jumbo frets, dot inlays offset, 14" radius).
