The Jazz Model is an incredibly versatile humbucker that suits almost any style of music. An Alnico 5 magnet and special winding give the Jazz Model's neck glassy highs and full, taut bass, while the scooped mids allow every note to come through clearly, even at very high gain - or speed even more extreme. The Jazz model's bridge is equipped with its own unique winding coil to deliver a bridge sound with treble emphasis, tight bass, and muffled mids. The result is a clear, bright humbucker that will make big chords sparkle and make individual notes crisp and precise.
Handcrafted in our Santa Barbara, CA factory, Jazz Model humbuckers feature an alnico 5 magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options and from a vacuum wax pot for squeak-free performance. The neck position model is also available in a passive configuration for 7 strings.
