The UR28M interface delivers high-resolution audio with stunning clarity. Connected via USB 2.0, the DSP-powered console features digital and analog I/O with D-Pre mic preamps.
Designed for easy access to controls and connectors, the UR28M console features a single output volume knob to individually control the levels of one of three pairs of stereo outputs or the levels of all six outputs simultaneously. You can also choose between three monitoring mixes configured in the mixer or Cubase dspMixFx which is routed to the selected outputs. Several smaller rotary knobs to control the signal levels of inputs 1 and 2 and the levels of the two headphone outputs. Additionally, dedicated switches for inputs 1 and 2 allow you to use 48-volt phantom power, 26 dB signal attenuation, and connect a high-impedance instrument. Other controls include the Dim button to attenuate all line output signals by 20 dB, the Mono button and the Mute button to inhibit the selected output signal. A four-segment LED counter for inputs and output is also available on the UR28M console.
The rear panel has two TRS line inputs and two balanced TRS/XLR mic XLR/Neutrik TRS line inputs as well as six analog outputs and a coaxial S/PDIF input and output connector. A 1/8 inch stereo input jack is also included for connecting to a portable audio player or other devices as a reference source.
